All continental US packages are shipped by UPS. Hoodminkdd Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due together, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable address, or incorrect contact information for all shipment including Prioty and Express. If you have not received your package OR it was received damaged please contact [email protected] within 10 from expected delivery date. Hoodminkdd Lashes is not liable for any stolen, lost, damaged packages, and any return packages due to incomplete address.
Hoodminkdd Lashes has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are fully responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
