1. All sales are final and can not be cancelled once order has been placed. We do NOT accept returns or exchange due to sanitary reasons.
2. If product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take full responsibility and will be replaced once evidence of damaged product is provided and items is being shipped back to us. (we are not responsible for shipping charges)
